Lifestyle simply means your way of life. Different people consume different types of foods according to factors such as: race, culture, tribe, personal preference, geographic location e.t.c




Diet varies from person to person for example some prefer junk foods, some are vegetarians, vegans, or some consume meat and dairy products. Dieting is a personal choice however some might consume what is readily available according to their income or living standards.


Some people might prefer physical activities and outdoor recreation while some might prefer not to engage in any physical activity and remain indoors. Mostly those glued to indoor entertainment e.g video games, watching tv e.t.c tend to increase weight in due time because they. Those engaging in physical activities e.g walking, jogging, cycling e.t.c tend to burn more calories hence maintain healthy weight.
